1. Website

This version of the website is static. Cencahua does not intentionally deploy analytics tools, behavioral advertising, tracking pixels, or web forms that store personal information.

Our infrastructure and CDN provider may process technical request data — such as IP address, date/time, network and security information — under its own policies and operational requirements.

2. Email

If you write to an @cencahuatech.com address, we use the information you provide only to respond to your request, provide support, maintain the requested relationship, and meet applicable obligations. Email is processed by our email provider.

3. Desktop products

Some Cencahua products are designed to process files locally on the user's device. When a product does not transmit those files to Cencahua or external services as part of its normal operation, its documentation will state this explicitly. Product-specific behavior takes precedence over this general description.

4. Information you should not send

We do not request passwords, private keys, banking credentials, or complete confidential documents for general inquiries. For technical support, we prefer synthetic or anonymized data whenever possible.

5. Retention

Support and contact messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the conversation, maintain support history, and comply with applicable legal or administrative requirements.

You may request information about data you provided directly by email and request correction or deletion where applicable.
